White Horse
The white horse has always felt like a symbol of transcendence to me — a force that exists between instinct and spirit. Across myths, dreams, and ancient traditions, it appears as a messenger of awakening: carrying the soul through transformation, guiding movement from darkness into clarity.
Unlike the black horse, which often represents chaos, power, or descent into the unknown, the white horse carries stillness within motion. It moves with silence. With intention. It does not fight the shadow; it passes through it illuminated.
There is something deeply human about that image — the search for purity without perfection, light without denying darkness, movement without losing oneself.
In this sonic meditation, the white horse becomes an inner figure: a presence emerging from the unconscious, crossing emotional landscapes, memories, and silence. Not as an escape from the world, but as a guide through it.
A luminous body moving through the invisible.
The horse was like kin to a Sioux… Horses are reflective of emotions, they mirror our hearts, pain, and struggle. Greg Grey Cloud
WHITE HORSE — Sonic Meditation
Close your eyes.
Breathe slowly.
Play the song.
Imagine a white horse appearing through the darkness — calm, silent, luminous. In many Native traditions, the horse is seen as a sacred guide connected to spirit, intuition, freedom, and inner strength.
With every breath, allow it to guide you inward.
Leave behind noise.
Leave behind fear.
Leave behind the weight of the world.
The white horse moves gently through shadow, carrying clarity and light. It reminds us that transformation does not arrive through force, but through presence.
Breathe. Listen. Return to yourself.
